Organic chelated trace minerals, lysophospholipid emulsifiers, hydroxychloride sources, and immune-modulating postbiotics — for poultry, swine, aqua, and pet nutrition.

What it is

The toolkit
for nutrition-led performance.

"Four categories that do different jobs — chelated minerals absorb, emulsifiers unlock fats, hydroxychlorides replace AGPs, postbiotics tune immunity."

A curated portfolio of animal-nutrition ingredients tuned for bioavailability, gut health, and performance. Organic chelated trace minerals deliver far higher absorption than inorganic sulfates or oxides. Lysophospholipid (LPL) emulsifiers make fats digestible when the bird, fish, or young pig can't yet produce enough bile or lipase. Hydroxychloride zinc and copper give growers an AGP-replacement option. Postbiotics — reishi-derived β-glucans, essential oils — modulate immune response and gut flora without antibiotic use.

01 · Categories

Four families,
one toolkit.

"Each one targets a specific physiological lever — absorption, energy, growth, or immunity."

Absorption

Organic Chelated Trace Minerals

Six essential trace elements bonded to glycine (glycinates or bisglycinates) for higher absorption, less antagonism with other feed minerals, and greater safety margin vs inorganic salts.

  • Zinc glycinate (22%) · Zinc bisglycinate (27–35%)
  • Copper glycinate (10%) · Copper bisglycinate (24%)
  • Iron glycinate (18%)
  • Manganese glycinate (20%)
  • Magnesium glycinate (5%)
  • Cobalt glycinate (10%) — vitamin B12 backbone
Energy release

Lysophospholipid Emulsifier

Next-generation LPL-profile emulsifier. ~5× the lipid-emulsification capacity of standard phospholipids. Smaller micelles, higher membrane porosity, more nutrient absorption — especially in young animals whose bile/lipase output is still physiologically immature.

  • Validated across SBM oil and poultry fat sources
  • Improves fat digestibility in challenged animals (coccidiosis)
  • Improves amino-acid digestibility in broilers at 28d
  • Lower critical micellar concentration than benchmarks
AGP replacement

Hydroxychloride Minerals

High-concentration hydroxychloride zinc (56%) and copper (58%) — a cleaner, more stable alternative to inorganic sulfates, with AGP-replacement positioning for poultry and swine programs phasing out growth-promoter antibiotics.

  • High-density elemental concentrations
  • Low reactivity with vitamins in premix
  • Stable through pelleting and feed storage
Gut & immunity

Postbiotics & Phytobiotics

Reishi-derived β-glucans (Ganoderma lucidum) plus essential-oil blends. Immune modulation via NK cells, macrophages, and T-lymphocytes. Anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity from ganoderic acids, triterpenes, and polysaccharides. Antibiotic-free gut and immune support.

  • Reishi β-glucans for immune tone
  • Essential-oil blends for gut balance
  • Applicable in pet-food premixes too
02 · Why it matters

Young animals
aren't miniature adults.

"Early-life digestive immaturity is the single biggest margin opportunity in modern feed formulations."

Pancreatic lipase secretion in young broilers doesn't plateau until ~10–16 days post-hatch, while amylase and trypsin peak at 4–7 days. That lag means early feed intake outpaces the chick's ability to digest dietary fat — a direct drag on feed conversion and weight gain. Emulsifiers and chelated minerals are the two highest-leverage tools for closing that gap without raising inclusion rates on expensive macro-ingredients. Postbiotics add the gut-health dimension — with AGP-replacement programs now standard, they're no longer nice-to-haves.

03 · Applications

Where it fits.

Validated across commercial broiler, layer, turkey, swine, aqua, and pet-food formulations.

Broiler & turkey

Emulsifier + chelated minerals from starter through grower; postbiotics for early gut programming.

Layer

LPL emulsifier for shell-egg energy efficiency; chelates for shell quality and eggshell pigment.

Swine

Hydroxychloride Zn/Cu for AGP replacement; chelates for starter and gestation diets.

Aquaculture

Emulsifier for high-fat fish feeds; chelates with lower antagonism in low-phytate aqua diets.

Pet food & treats

Chelated zinc/iron/copper for skin, coat, and immunity positioning; reishi postbiotics for premium and senior lines.

Custom premix

Blended to your formulation targets — stable through pelleting, no sensory impact on feed palatability.

Why chelation / LPL

The science.

  • Chelated minerals absorb as intact amino-acid complexes
  • Lower interaction with phytate and fiber
  • LPL forms smaller, more numerous micelles than lecithin
  • 5× the emulsion power of standard phospholipids
  • Postbiotics act on the host microbiome, not as antimicrobials
